The Pat Baynes Agency is a growing company looking to partner and work with Part-Time and/or Full-Time referral-based Sales Agents (100 percent commission) from around the United States and Globe. You can even sell while you are working your hourly or salaried job.

At the start, this is not intended to be a full time job (although it could). It is designed to add an income stream for you. It generally takes years and years to build enough residual income to leave a "day job". All things considered, this is a great opportunity to add an additional income stream, get in at a ground-level company, and build your income and net worth.

The Pat Baynes Agency is a membership-based Concierge Management Company. We are the Leisure and Lifestyle Managers for our clientele. Our primary business function is Concierge and Leisure Management:

Concierge Co works as your Concierge Manager to ideate, plan, manage, secure, and represent your needs. Our purpose is to make your life and calendar more dynamic and exciting, but also more relaxed and refined. Our goal is to grow to be the world's preeminent Concierge company. We want you to be part of the growth.

In an age of technology and automation, we provide classic concierge and leisure management to our growing roster of discerning clients. Our current clientele includes members from all over the country and world. Membership allows you focused access to our network and personalized and curated introductions.

Membership Tiers:
Lite: $99.00 per Month | ($999.00 per Year)
Standard: $199.00 per Month | ($1999.00 per year)
Enhanced: $399.00 per Month | ($3999.00 per Year)
Corporate: $799.00 per Month and up | ($7999 per Year and up)

You will be in charge of selling this Membership based service to your Sales Network.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE:

TIER 1: MONTHLY/YEARLY RESIDUAL COMMISSIONS
You will receive a 25.00 Percent Commission on all memberships you sell. (For example, a Standard Membership is $199.00 USD per month, meaning you will receive a $50 per month sales residual for each month the client remains with us as a client).

Payout Schedule: Monthly Memberships work on a monthly payout. Yearly Memberships Commissions are sent Yearly after the client payment clears.
Potential Earnings: If you sell $40,000.00 worth of Membership Fees per year, that is $10,000.00 per year. After 10 years of working with us, that will be $100,000.00!

TIER 2: ADDITIONAL PURCHASE COMMISSIONS
When your referred client makes a purchase, such as a yacht booking in Miami, or a $1000 a night booking at a Four Seasons in London, you will generate 3.00 percent commission on those bookings. If you refer a big-spending client, you will benefit more. This creates the incentive to refer clients who you think or know to be big spenders.

Potential Earnings: If your refer 10 clients spend $15,000.00 each on Purchases with Concierge Co, that is $150,000.00 total. At the 3 percent commission, that is an additional $4,500.00 per year, or $45,000 after 10 years, and so on!
